Members sign up for roles ahead of each meeting in the member portal. Every role teaches something different, and new members always get support.

Toastmaster of the Day

Hosts the meeting, introduces every segment and keeps the energy up.

Table Topics Master

Runs the impromptu speaking segment with prompts on the meeting theme.

General Evaluator

Evaluates the meeting as a whole and leads the evaluation segment.

Timer

Tracks timing for every speaker and reports the times.

Ah-Counter / Grammarian

Listens for filler words and celebrates great language use.

Speaker

Delivers a prepared speech from their Pathways project.

Evaluator

Gives a speaker specific, encouraging and actionable feedback.
